Again, avoid this gym, their staff, and their heavy handed contract policies. Their approach is that given their membership is such a low dollar amount, most people won’t fight it and just keep paying… they guessed wrong with me.

But now I LOVE THIS GYM! That being said, I’ve been working out since I was 15 and know all the equipment etc. For a newbie who they say they are catering to it might be a little harder because they sign you up and send you on your way.

I attend Pilates and yoga classes and think the instructors are A+ level. The personal trainers are great, Steve is talented as hell!

I stayed with this gym a little too long because I wanted to like it. My membership was transferred here when my old gym (Fitness 19) Clique Aqui closed.
